How can I add PIP’s?

Click on the Talent Matrix on the LH side.
Click on list view.
Click on “View Action.”
Click on the “Add Development Plan” button.
Select the Performance Improvement Plan from the drop-down, select date and data, and enter the Development plan description.
Click on “Create Development Plan”
