How can I add CDP’s?

Click on Talent Matrix on the LH side
Click on list view
Click on “View Action.”
Click on Add Development Plan Button
Select the CDP (Career Development Plan) from the drop-down menu.
Select the Career Plan Based radio button, select the role from the dropdown, select the from date and to date and enter the plan description
Click on the “Create Development Plan” button.
