            How to provide ratings to my reporters goals?

            • Login to PMS.


            • Select the PMS cycle.


            • Choose the employee to whom you will provide ratings.


            • Click on the category drop-down.


            • below the manager ratings section.


            • Provide the ratings for the goal by dragging the progress bar based on progress.
