How to create email notifications and send them?

Workflow based Email Notifications

Here, HR can Set e-mail alerts, e-mail notifications & Timeline based repeat e-remainders to target employees.


1. Click on Workflow based Email Notification Settings.


2. Click on Employee Central (HRIS) to manage Employee Central Email Notifications to manage email notifications related to Employee.


3. Click on Performance Management System (MBO) & Add on Modules to manage email notifications related to Performance Management System.


4. Use check boxes to turn Email Notifications Turn on/off.


5. Click on Save my Email Notification Settings to save the changes made in Email Notification settings.








In Performance Management System (MBO) & Add on Modulesthere are 33 different events to send the Email Notification.
