Enable Summation of goals as overall objective score instead of average

1. Login to the HR Admin page.
2. Select the Goal Time Period Plan Management module.
3. Select the goal plan.
4. Click on the Settings icon.
5. Click on Advanced PMS Configurations.
6. Enable the check box, i.e. Enable Summation of goals as overall objective score instead of average
7. Click on Save & enable the Configuration button.

• Login as Employee by using PMS/HRIS login credential
• Drag the KRA and provide score through the scroll bar or manual check-in.
• Click on the PMS report to see the employee overall score. If you enable this feature, the overall score will come as a summation of all scores instead of average.
