HR can Disable automatic status calculation based on the progress of goal.

Log in to the HR Admin page.
Navigate to the goal plan.
Click on the Settings icon.
Click on Advance PMS Configuration.
Enable the check box, i.e., Disable automatic status calculation based on the progress of goal
Click on Save & enable the Configuration button.
