How Manager can rejects the employee assessment

  1. Log in as Manager using valid credentials
  2. Click on respective employee name in the UI under Team PMS page.



3. Click on Reject Employee Assessment button in the UI.

  • Manager can Reject the Employee Assessment by providing rejection comment
  • Basically Reject Functionality is works like (Level -1 Handling).


Note: Manager can Reject the employee assessment when workflow status is at self review completed status.





Once Manager Reject the employee assessment, the form revert backs to employee


How employee can see the rejected assessment by the manager ?


  • Log in as employee using valid credentials
  • Now, a pop-up will be displayed to the employee explaining the reason for the manager's assessment rejection.
    • To close the pop-up, the employee needs to click the "Cancel" button.

    • If the employee wants to view the pop-up again, they can simply refresh the page.


Note: Manager rejected comment will display to employee till employee assessment completed stage.



Note: After the manager rejects the assessment, the employee will have the option to review the feedback, make necessary changes, and resubmit the form to the manager for further review.
