How Skip 1 can rejects the assessment

1. Log in as Skip 1 using valid credentials

2. Navigate to Authorize/Approval page from the dashboard.

3. Click on reject button in the UI and Reject the assessment for one employee, the assessment will revert backs to Manager

• Skip 1 can Reject the Assessment by providing rejection comment.

• Basically Reject Functionality is works like (Level -1 Handling).

Once Skip 1 Reject The assessment, the form revert backs to manager

How manager can see the rejected assessment by the skip 1 ?

• Log in as manager using valid credentials
• Click on Rejected tab in the Team PMS page, skip 1 rejected form will display with rejected comment along with time stamp.

• To view the full comment provided by Skip 1, click on "Read more" to view less comment click on "Read less".

Note: 

After Skip 2 rejects the form, Skip 1 has two options:

1. Resubmit the form back to Skip 2 after reviewing the rejection comments.

2. Reject the Manager's assessment, if Skip 1 agrees with Skip 2’s feedback and decides not to proceed further.
